Spring Allocation

Budburst signals the arrival of spring in the vineyard and the start of another growing season. We take this time to confer with our vineyard partners, ensuring the best possible conditions for our fruit to thrive. In the winery, each blend has been carefully crafted and moves from aging vessel to bottle. Once in bottle, the wines rest for several months before making it to your glass or cellar.

The spring allocation features our highly acclaimed Bordeaux-style blends – Sestina Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted in the Left Bank style, and Valery, our Merlot-dominant representation of the Right Bank style. From the Avennia Estate, you’ll receive our club-exclusive red wine, which represents the great possibilities when an entire vineyard is at hand.

Fall Allocation

As summer begins to fade into fall, our team walks the vineyards weekly, determining the perfect time to harvest. Our philosophy is simple: pick the fruit when it is barely, yet definitively, ripe. Upon its arrival at the winery, the fruit is carefully hand-sorted and native yeasts commence the fermentation process.

The fall allocation features our Rhône-style wines – Justine, a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah, and Arnaut, our 100% Syrah from Boushey Vineyard. You’ll also receive the club-exclusive Avennia Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, which reflects the deep layers of character from legendary Red Mountain.
