Located at the top of Red Mountain, the Avennia Guesthouse sits amidst our estate vineyards. With its unrivaled views, relaxed setting, and close proximity to many great tasting rooms, our guesthouse makes for the ideal weekend getaway.

The House
The main floor consists of a spacious living room, dining area, kitchenette, powder room, and plenty of vineyard views. The second floor features a luxurious bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There’s also a semi-enclosed living area with a pull-out sofa and another bathroom, making this space suitable for 2-4 guests.
The Patio
Outdoor patios surround the house and provide many options for a place to sit back and enjoy the sunny Red Mountain weather and breathtaking sunsets. Guests can also take a dip in the hot tub and swim spa or relax by the firepit. The picnic table by the bocce ball court is an excellent place to share a bottle of wine or two.
The Property
The guesthouse is one half of the large home on the property. Estate manager and hospitality manager Eli and Shelly Traverse live on the other side of the house. Your space will be completely private, but they are nearby to help make your experience unforgettable. Just steps from the house, you'll find the Avennia Estate tasting room.

Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in. A partial refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days (but no later than 5 days) before check-in.
